Distancing Terms of Service

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

  1. These terms and conditions are intended to protect the rights and interests of users and the company by stipulating the obligations, rights, responsibilities, and conditions of use of the digital psychological therapy program Distancing (hereinafter "Service") operated by Orwell Health Corporation (hereinafter "Company").
  2. Users must carefully read these terms and conditions and must not agree to, register for, or use (hereinafter "use") the Service if they do not agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to all services related to Distancing provided by the Company, regardless of the device implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, portable devices, etc.).
  2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Company's services and use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. "Service Contract" refers to the contract between the user and the Company regarding the use of the services provided by the Company, under which the user is granted an ID necessary for service use.
  4. "ID" refers to the unique identifier of a member that is set by the member, approved by the Company, and registered on the site for member identification, information provision, and service use.
  5. "Member" refers to an individual who can freely access the site with the ID set at the time of the service contract, continuously receive information from the site, and continuously use the services provided by the site.
  6. "Non-member" refers to an individual who uses the services without entering into a service contract.
  7. "Coach" refers to an individual who has completed service registration in accordance with the coach membership application form and qualification criteria, has entered into a service contract with the Company, and can assist with the digital psychological therapy program within the service.
  8. "Withdrawal" refers to the termination of the service contract by the Company or the member.
  9. "Content" refers to all forms of text, images, videos, and various files such as symbols, characters, voices, sounds, images, and videos created by the Company or users.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  1. These terms and conditions shall be effective for all members who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Company shall notify users of the contents of these terms and conditions by posting them on the Service's internet homepage (https://distancing.im, hereinafter "Homepage"), the Distancing application (hereinafter "App"), or by other means on the service screen.
  3. When a member clicks the "Agree" button for these terms and conditions, it means that they have read and fully understood the contents and agree to continuously use the services operated by the Company.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by users not reading the terms and conditions in detail.
